Still not titled, but plenty of progress in the past few weeks. It's nearly nearly there.
We have a street-sign and all the footpaths and crossovers have been completed - yay! At this stage it is very unlikely that we will start building before January - disappointing considering we'd signed our contracts in May and were told the block would be ready "no later than the first week of July".
